The former Haibo named Beilun Microelement Factory was founded in 1988, and Ningbo Beilun Haibo Precise Machinery Company set up in 1994, later it was transformed to a civil enterprise in 2002. It locates on No.4 Pacific Ocean Industry Zone, Beilun, Ningbo , adjacent to Beilun harbor. With ten-year hard work, Haibo has total capital of RMB 0.15 billion, two manufacture base which are situated on a site of 70,000 sq.m, and construction acreage is 55,000 sq.m. There is 550 employees, 80 of them are engineers. Haibo has a first-class team for research and development with combination of precise metal molding, precise mechanical machining, electric control, electrical machine manufacture, corrosion-resistant & antisepsis. We also have international advanced testers, experimental instruments, manufacturing machines and machining equipments.

    Haibo takes its advantage to expanding relating industries through deepening innovation of technique within these years. Now there are five main industries, fishing tackle, metal technology, trolling motor and tool, and our main products are fishing reel, minitype machine, seeding machine, bow& gun sighting devices and accessories, precision metal molding, molding &machining, hunting appliance, leisure article,etc. All of these are of aluminum & m produced as per advanced national technique standard.

    Haibo was awarded as optimal benefit enterprise, advanced enterprise in national light industry for several times, and titled as earning foreign exchange enterprise, high potential engineering enterprise, national torch program high-tech enterprise. Furthermore Haibo organized to draft out QT/T1475-2000 ‘spinning reel' standard. Up to now we have registered more than 60 national patents in several fields and past 　　 T ISO9000 quality system. In some industrial fields, we take the lead in implementing Pro/engineer soft ware to make new design and development. Several years ago we carried ERP information system management model into execution to optimize our resources.
