During the discussion, relevant persons in charge of each community, art groups, and village introduced the progress of their respective cultural and sports activities, the construction of cultural and sports facilities, etc., and put forward some difficulties and suggestions for improvement. Some of them suggested that the personnel for rehearsing programs were not fixed and lacked instructors; some suggested that there were insufficient physical exercise venues and serious damage to facilities; some suggested that the programs that were rehearsed were performed few times, which was rather wasteful.
Based on the actual situation of the enterprise, Wu Shihao of Haibo Company summarized some of the experience accumulated in the process of Haibo Company's corporate culture construction. He believed that to build a good corporate culture, leaders must pay attention to it and strongly support it. The organization and implementation agencies of corporate culture construction must be implemented. The joint actions of the Party, Workers, League and Administrative in the enterprise are a better method. Cultural and sports activities must be implemented to most people, and the participation should be wide, the activity planning should be creative, the organizational strength should be strong, and a long-term atmosphere should be formed within the enterprise. It cannot be active for a while or a moment. In addition, proper economic and spiritual encouragement is important. Finally, Wu Shihao suggested that relevant government departments take the lead to form a public service platform for cultural and sports activities, integrating and unified scheduling of various resources in the entire district (including cultural and sports talents, clothing, venues, props, reserve programs, funds, etc.) to achieve the purpose of maximizing the utilization of resources and maximizing the display of effects. The district leaders agree with this and expressed that they will implement the relevant personnel's work as soon as possible.
