On December 27, 2015 , Haibo Company carried out the first independent evaluation of the professional qualification level appraisal of assembly fitter technicians . The municipal and district human resources and social security departments attach great importance to the independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents. Director Chen Jicai, director of Ningbo Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center, deputy director of Yu Yingguang, deputy director of Beilun District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and relevant persons in charge of the District Vocational Skills Appraisal Center visited the site to supervise and inspect the work.
Haebo has always attached great importance to the construction of corporate skilled talents, established corporate skills training schools, equipped with complete software and hardware facilities, and often invited senior experts and teachers from Ningbo Technicians College to teach in the company. In November 2015 , after application by Haibo Company and approval by Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Haibo became the first enterprise in Beilun District's enterprise technician professional qualification appraisal, and obtained the authority to independently evaluate enterprises in four types: intermediate mechanic fitter, senior mechanic fitter, assembly fitter technician, and CNC turning technician.
On December 27 , the company first held an independent evaluation and appraisal of the professional qualifications of assembly fitter technicians. After the company's careful selection, 21 qualified senior workers took the technician level examination. The content of this independent evaluation of technician level is fully in line with the standards and specifications stipulated by the management department for this type of work, and in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise, it adopts a method that is close to production needs and job requirements to conduct objective, scientific and fair assessment and evaluation of employees on three aspects of theoretical knowledge, practical assessment, and comprehensive defense and evaluation.
The independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents not only enhances the initiative of the majority of employees in the enterprise to learn skills and study skills, but also promotes the enterprise's training of skilled talents and the construction of skilled talents teams, and promotes the good interaction between enterprise talent growth and enterprise innovation.
