In order to improve fire safety awareness and relevant personnel's fire fighting skills, on November 6, the Administrative and Finance Department contacted the Beilun District Fire Brigade and invited Mr. Hu Nengdu from the Beilun Fire Brigade Training Center to come to the company to hold "Fire Safety Knowledge and Skill Training", giving a vivid fire class to the company's section chief level and above, members of the emergency response team and some employees.
The content of this training is held in two steps: First, we will preach the principles, purposes and significance of fire protection work in the lecture hall, common knowledge of combustion and fire extinguishing, maintenance and management of common fire extinguishing equipment, use and maintenance of fire fighting facilities, etc., so that our employees can understand more comprehensive fire safety knowledge. Second, the water gun fire extinguishing process was practiced in the open space on the east side of the company's new building. Teacher Hu personally performed the specific usage methods and techniques of the fire extinguisher, and practiced the connection between water guns, water strips and fire hydrants, water outlets, fire extinguishing and subsequent fire fighting tools. Under the guidance of the teacher, many students personally operated the water belt to shake it apart, connect it and put out the fire, which greatly deepened the impression and improved the training effect.
Such training popularizes common knowledge on fire extinguishing and emergency evacuation, and improves the ability to deal with sudden fire accidents. Everyone expressed that such training should be carried out regularly and the number of trained personnel should be expanded to improve the overall fire protection awareness and skills of the employees of the company.
