Haibo Company held the third delegation meeting

The third congress of the Communist Youth League Haibo Company was grandly held in the company lecture hall at 13:30 pm on January 18. Attending the conference were Comrade Yuan Bo, deputy secretary of the Beilun Youth League Committee, Comrade Wang Chengchun, deputy secretary of the Youth League Working Committee of Xinqian Street, Comrade Gu Zhibai, secretary of the Party branch of Haibo Company, Comrade Xu Binfeng, deputy secretary of the Party branch, Comrade Wu Shihao, vice chairman of the trade union, and nearly 50 representatives of the company's League members. The conference was chaired by Ji Yanli. First, Wu Shihao, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered a congratulations to the conference on behalf of the company's trade union. Next, Comrade Gu Zhibai, Secretary of the Party Branch, spoke. He talked about the second Youth League Committee of Haibo Company, under the leadership of the company's party branch and the support of administrative leaders, completed the tasks assigned by the company and the superior Youth League Committee, improved the comprehensive quality of the League cadres and League members, and won the honorary title of the Beilun District Advanced League Organization; the next two years will be the key two years for Haibo's development, and it will also be the term of two years for the new Youth League Committee. The company's Youth League Organization must lead the majority of young League members to build confidence, face difficulties, and give full play to the intelligence and talents of the majority of young League members. Comrade Yuan Bo, deputy secretary of the Beilun Youth League Committee, and Comrade Wang Chengchun, deputy secretary of the Youth League Working Committee of Xinqian Street, made important speeches. They asked the company's Youth League organization to rely on the party organization and closely focus on the company's center to play the role of the youth commando team. Young League members should be good core fortresses, enhance their quality, strengthen learning, and serve the production, operation and development of enterprises. Finally, Comrade Zhou Rengao made a report to the conference on behalf of the Second Committee of the Communist Youth League Haibo Company and put forward several opinions on the work of the next Youth League Committee.

The conference adopted the secret election method and produced the third Communist Youth League Committee of Haibo Company. Comrade Zhou Rengao was elected as secretary, comrades Wang Xiaotang and Ji Yanli were appointed as deputy secretary. After the change of leadership, the Youth League Committee has injected fresh and more dynamic blood into the Youth League organization, laying the foundation for carrying out various work of the Communist Youth League and improving the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Youth League organization.
