Haibo employees show their style in the district employee skills competition

On November 9, the staff skills competition jointly organized by the Federation of Trade Unions, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Beilun District Education Bureau, and Beilun District Committee of the Communist Youth League of China was fully launched in Beilun Vocational High School. The competition consists of 11 projects including mechanic fitters, CNC turning workers, CNC milling workers, forklifts, and drawing makers. A total of 476 contestants from Beilun District and Daxie Development Zone and vocational high school students participated.

Haibo Company also organized 14 employees to participate in the competition and achieved good results in the competition. Among them, Xu Hao won the first place in mechanic fitters, Hu Xiaping won the second place in CNC milling, and four comrades including He Cunlong, Zhang Haojie, Feng Hailiang, Xie Haijie also achieved third place in their respective projects. The contestants who won the ranking also obtained the high and intermediate professional qualification certificate issued by the Beilun Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and are given priority to participating in technician training and selection and recommendation of outstanding senior skilled talents. Participating in such competitions is not only to get a ranking, but more importantly, to test your level in the same industry in the region.
