Haibo expands the library

Haibo Library was established in July 2005 and is located on the second floor of the Haibo Company Activity Room. It is an important part of Haibo's corporate culture development and has greatly enriched the spare time of employees.

Since its establishment, the library has a group of fixed borrowers and has been developing with great success. In May this year, with the care and support of the company's leaders, the company's trade union decided to expand its development on the original basis. The previous collection of books was mainly pure entertainment and leisure magazines. Now it has not only increased on the basis of numbers, but also further improved in terms of quality. In order to more effectively manage and serve the majority of employees, the library is currently mainly managed by the company's Youth League Committee, with the following changes:

1. The number of books increased: In addition to the original magazines and newspapers, books such as management, machinery, and surface treatment have been added. In view of the company's own characteristics, various useful books have been effectively added. Currently, more than 5,600 books have been owned.

2. Further management standardization: In order to better serve the majority of employees, the library has improved the management system and increased opening hours to meet the reading needs of each employee, effectively manage, ensure that the books are not damaged and lost, and do not affect the needs of the majority of employees.

The smooth development of Haibo Library is inseparable from the strong support of all the leaders, teams and departments of the company. At every stage of the development of the library, it is accompanied by the support of employees and the care of leaders. The books in the library are hard-won, and most of them are donated by employees spontaneously. So, here I want to thank every member for your selfless efforts and strong support.
