2007 was a year of great changes for Haiber. The reform and restructuring of institutions and the severe market situation made Haiber face major challenges. During this year, many new employees stood with Haiber with their own dreams. In order to enable new employees to understand Haiber better and faster and integrate into Haiber, our Youth League Committee invited 20 new employees to attend the symposium on November 15, 2007 with the support of the company's chairman, party branch secretary, trade union chairman and deputy general manager of personnel and administration.
Some of the employees who participated in this symposium came from colleges and universities, some came from Haibo Hope Class, and some came from other companies. The employees spoke freely for their eager expectations, expressed their love and responsibility for the company, and also put forward good opinions and suggestions. We believe that with these new forces, Haibo's development will be faster and Haibo's tomorrow will be better.
