Leaders of Beilun District Labor Bureau came to Haibo for investigation

On May 7, Deputy Director Li Youying of the Beilun District Labor Bureau led Section Chief Huang Wanqun, Section Chief Wu Huimin and other leaders to our company for investigation and inspection.
The main purpose of Deputy Director Li and his party is to go deep into the enterprise, listen to the voice of the enterprise, understand the impact and difficulties brought by the implementation of the new Labor Contract Law on the production and operation of enterprises, what opinions the enterprises have on the implementation of relevant policies, and whether the enterprises are satisfied with the services provided by the government.

The company's general manager He Dingfang, deputy general manager Li Xiaodao and other relevant personnel received the district leaders' party. Mr. He reported on the implementation of the "full-staff insurance policy" since 1997 and the implementation of laws and regulations, labor protection, and a good environment in daily operations. Mr. He believes that employees participating in social insurance and providing necessary labor protection measures are the social responsibility of enterprises. Faced with the recession of economic environment and the increase in various costs, Mr. He also faces considerable pressure. In this regard, Haiber will continue to use the wisdom of all employees to work together to meet the challenges.
