President Lin reported to Director Li about the development of Haibo Precision in the past five years, and introduced the 30th anniversary celebration of Haibo, and gave a detailed introduction to some new corporate development strategies after Haibo Groupization. Mr. Lin explained Haibo Seiko's current industrial hunting tools and outdoor products. Seiko has continuously increased its R&D investment in hunting tools, among which sight products account for 30% of the world's production, product technology is in a leading position in the world, and patented product sales account for more than 50% of the company's products. The cumulative sales of sights involved in one invention patent are 20 million. Haibo Group has many incentive systems for technological innovation. Seiko continues to introduce R&D forces, and foreign experts are introduced every year, maintaining the company's technological leadership in the hunting industry. There are currently more than 40 authorized patents, including 10 invention patents.

Director Li Yonghui fully affirmed Haibo Seiko's development in scientific and technological innovation. Director Li recalled the situation of inspecting Haibo Precision Machinery during his tenure as deputy district mayor in Beilun District, and was impressed by Haibo's investment in technological innovation. This time, he conducted a scientific and technological innovation survey on enterprises in the bonded area and specially selected Haibo Precision Machinery. He pointed out that patent disputes are growing at present. While companies applying for patents in China, they must also apply for patents at the place of sale. Companies are encouraged to apply for patents in the United States. The Municipal Patent Office has relevant supporting policies for foreign-related matters. After carefully inquiring about the main OEM products of Haibo Seiko, I learned that Seiko intends to operate its brand in China after being converted into a general taxpayer, and encouraged enterprises to increase their investment in R&D. The relevant policies of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau have increased the efforts to increase the tax deduction for R&D expenses.
