"Made in Zhejiang" standard "portable high-efficiency electric marine thruster" fills the gap in the domestic industry

On September 18, the evaluation meeting of the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard "portable and efficient electric marine propeller" led by Ningbo Standardization Research Institute and chaired by Ningbo Beilun Haibo Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was held at Beilun Haibo Company. The evaluation team formed by experts from Zhoushan Quality and Technical Supervision and Inspection Institute, the National Small Boat Standardization Technical Committee, Zhejiang Shipbuilding Industry Association, Wantai Certification Company and the 702nd Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group Corporation and other units to review the standard. The review meeting pointed out that based on the corporate standards of Mercury Marine (Mercury Maritime Company) M-101-P "Electric Marine Thrusters" in the third largest international ranking, combined with the current industry status and development trend of the portable and efficient electric marine thruster industry at home and abroad, in accordance with the requirements of the "Made in Zhejiang" standard positioning, the relevant product performance indicators have been improved and added. The main technical indicators have reached the domestic first-class and international advanced level, and the experts at the meeting unanimously agreed to pass the review.

Compared with traditional fuel-efficient electric marine thrusters, portable and efficient electric marine thrusters have the advantages of green and environmental protection, high safety factor, high propulsion efficiency and low usage cost. This standard adopts an original anti-winding design of spiral slurry, which can not only effectively promote ship movement, but also timely cut off water and grass to prevent winding; it adopts patented brushless motor technology independently developed, so that the motor propulsion efficiency can be increased from 70% to 90%. What is commendable is that while improving technical performance indicators, it also takes into account efficiency. The noise of the whole machine is reduced from 55dBA to 52dBA, and the motor volume is reduced by 60%, which solves the problem of large motor power and motor volume in the field of marine thrusters, and adds the gap in the field of brushless marine thrusters in China.
