Major news for the company in 2016

1. In March 2016, Haibo Trade Union was awarded the title of "Ningbo City Model Grassroots Trade Union".

2. On August 21 , 2016 , the first Haibo cadre study class officially started. The study lasts for one year, one month or two days. A total of 70 young backbones and elites from various positions in the company participated in the course study, aiming to strengthen management knowledge and ability, improve management quality and level, and thus enhance the company's core competitiveness.

3. In June 2016, Haibo's "Research and Application of High-Efficiency Motor and Electric Propulsion Systems for Small and Medium Boats" project was listed as a major industrial science and technology project in Ningbo. The project is researched in the fields of marine high-efficiency motors and their control systems, power management systems, propeller optimization, etc., and ultimately achieves industrialization.

4. Haibo Company was awarded the title of "Top Ten Light Industry Fishing Tackle Industry" of China Light Industry Federation.

5. Haibo presided over the drafting of the Zhejiang manufacturing group standard "Spinned Fishing Reel for Sea Fishing", which is the third Zhejiang manufacturing standard in Beilun District to be approved.

6. In November 2016, Beijing China National Co., Ltd. reviewed the Haibo Precision Intellectual Property System. Through the implementation of standards, the Seiko intellectual property system was standardized, and all staff members understood the intellectual property content.

7. Haibo Precision Huang Xiaojun and Haibo Precision Zhang Haojie participated in the 2016 Ningbo Bonded Zone (Export Processing Zone) and Beilun District Enterprise Employees' Professional Skills CNC Trucking Workers Competition, and both won the first prize. Haibo Precision Machinery Lu Jianfeng won the second prize in tool fitter type.

8. In December 2016, "A kind of electronic mechanical composite switch device" invented by Zhang Hengshan and others won the Invention Excellence Award in Ningbo Invention Innovation Competition.

9. The smart ball valve of the Gelige brand under Haibo was successfully shortlisted for the 2016 "China Home Applan Award".
