The purpose of "master-apprenticeship" is to give full play to the advantages of old employees' rich work experience, promote new employees or employees with weak skills to achieve role transformation as soon as possible, quickly improve various business levels, and enable them to grow rapidly. At the ceremony, the general manager of the branch asked the master to give careful guidance and strict requirements to his apprentice, not only in work, but also in life, thinking, and be good at discovering his apprentice's advantages, and encourage more and blame less. After this short and pleasant ceremony, the pair of masters and apprentices will walk through a relatively long working process together. In this ordinary work that has been repeated over and over again, I believe that I will form a deep affection for master and apprenticeship. The master leads the door and practices rely on individuals. Learning skills by learning is not about learning to walk in Handan, nor about relying on others and losing oneself. On the road of growth, you still have to walk and explore your own path! Moreover, today, you take others as your teacher, and tomorrow, you must be able to let others take you as your teacher.
