Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. jointly held a three-day "National Standards Writing Knowledge Improvement Class" at the Ningbo Beilun Haolideng Hotel. Yang Li, Chairman of the China Cultural and Educational Sports Products Association, Yi Xiaoli, Secretary-General, Liu Weiping, Director of the Standard Measuring Department of Ningbo Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Dai Jigang, Chief Clerk, and He Dingfang, Chairman of Ningbo Beilun Haibo Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., attended the opening ceremony of the training class. Leading enterprises such as fishing rods, fishing reels, fishing tackle accessories, nets, and floats were responsible for technology and quality; standardization personnel; quality management personnel and technical personnel participated in the training.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman Yang Li made an important speech on the importance of standardization work and how to do a good job in national standards in the fishing tackle industry. She pointed out that "In the current national standard formulation work, a standardized work mechanism with enterprises as the main body will be implemented, and enterprises will be mobilized to participate in the formulation and revision of international standards and national standards, and enterprises will be encouraged to integrate patented technology into the standards, improve the national standard level, and integrate our country's scientific research results and technological progress results into the standards to the greatest extent, so as to promote the development of our fishing tackle industry and standardization industry." Director Liu Weiping informed the training class of Ningbo's current specific practices and successful experience in implementing the technical standard strategy.
Teacher Lu Xilin, the famous standardization expert, explained the basic concepts of standardization, the basic requirements for standard writing, regulations on the writing of normative elements in the standards, regulations on the preparation of information elements and supplementary elements in the standards, and the adoption of international standards for the training class. The students concentrated on and listened carefully, and benefited a lot in three days.
