In order to meet the company's continuous development needs, the activity of "Strive to create advanced teams, departments and star positions" with the theme of "cultivating all employees' innovative consciousness, meeting challenges and improving themselves, continuing to carry forward the Haibo spirit, and uniting teams to promote harmony" is carried out in the company. The 2010 "Striving to Create Stars" activity was highly valued and strongly supported by the company's leaders, ensuring the smooth development of the second round of the second year's "Striving to Create Stars" activity, which was a complete success, and was fair, just and open. In order to further achieve good results of the event and improve the quality of the event, according to the new organizational structure, the company has adjusted the "Striving for the First Star" event leading group, with the new general manager Zhu Feng as the group leader. The leading group is composed of the general manager, party branch, trade union, youth league committee, and administrative and financial department, and is fully responsible for the organization, publicity, supervision, inspection, promotion and guidance of this event. In order to make the "Striving for the First Star" activity in depth and effectively carry out, and make the activity closer to reality, close to posts and employees, certain results have been achieved through careful planning and continuous creativity in accordance with the new assessment standards by various departments and teams. The 2010 "Striving to Create Stars" activity is summarized as follows:
1. The team activities are rich and colorful . The monthly collective activities of each department and team are more colorful through careful planning. The "Striving to Create Stars" activity leadership group planned four group activities. The "Little Comics, Tell the Heart" activity organized in May 2010 uses small comics as the carrier of the company's corporate culture, allowing employees to express their words in their hearts with hand-painted paintings, and speak freely to express the problems and things worthy of encouragement in the form of comics, such as: stealing vegetables at work, avoiding problems when encountering problems, shirking responsibility, and accidents and hidden dangers in the production process. We encourage rejection of unqualified, chasing the problem to the end, doing more value-added things, etc., to guide employees to care about corporate development, participate in corporate management, and try innovation in corporate culture construction. The majority of cadres and employees saw the problem and adjusted their methods in time, so that various departments could manage and act smoother in management and actions; the "Haibo Company Slogan Creativity" activity organized in August 2010, each employee participated in the company's strategic planning, and the company's vision was determined in the event - "Haibo, an international Haibo"; development strategy - "groupization, professionalization, efficiency, and customer-oriented"; corporate image - "integrity, hard work, rigorous and harmonious"; core values - "truthfulness, pragmatism, pioneering and enterprising, customer first, excellent quality" and 32 items including market concepts, innovation concepts, development concepts, etc. have comprehensively improved the connotation of corporate culture and made the company's corporate culture construction develop towards more standardized and higher requirements. In September 2010, every employee in the company stood guard and commanded at the traffic intersection, urged vehicles and pedestrians to drive according to traffic rules, and jointly created a good atmosphere of traffic safety, so that society is harmonious and family is happy and reunited. In December 2010, every employee started by donating clothes with big and small bags of clothes, donating their own love, donating a piece of clothing, and dedicating a love. The activities organized by various departments and teams are also very rich, such as the "motor dismantling" organized by the planned procurement of the warehousing group; the activities organized by the general affairs and logistics group "support workshop production"; the activities organized by the fitter group "organizing tools and drill bits"; the activities organized by the administrative and financial department "theme seminar on giving advice to the company"; the activities organized by the quality department "evening party program improvement"; the activities organized by the marketing department "celebrating the birthday of PureFishing engineer Tim"; the activities organized by the MT group "strengthening quality awareness management training"; the activities organized by the BCSR2 group "creating an economy-saving team"; the "team expansion training game" organized by the engineering department, etc.
2. Strengthen management standards and innovation. In May 2010, Haibo Company was rated as the "2009 Quality Management System Certification Demonstration Enterprise" by the Zhejiang Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau; Innovation is an important part of the department and team assessment. The new products developed in 2010 include hinged-mounted foot-controlled electric marine propeller included in the National Key New Product Plan, and wireless remote-controlled marine propeller was rated as Ningbo's best independent innovation industrial new product; the new products developed by the company include: OD series, NF series, OF10/40, PE series, OBC25 series, OBC18 series, center brake, SQL series, and thruster Attwood series. In 2010, 12 national patents were obtained. In July 2010, the diamond circle with Jiang Junhua as the team leader was rated as the "Excellent Quality Control Circle" in Ningbo City, and the Creative Circle with Chen Liangping as the team leader was rated as the "Excellent Quality Control Circle" in Ningbo City, creating certain economic benefits for the company.
3. Reduce costs and improve efficiency. Reducing costs and improving efficiency is the fundamental purpose of the company's "Strive to Create Stars" activity, and it accounts for a large proportion in the assessment of various departments and teams. In 2010, the quality accidents decreased by 33.3% compared with 2009, the number of materials re-sorted seeds decreased by 17.25% compared with 2009, the amount of rework, re-repair and scrapped decreased by 52.67% compared with 2009, and the pass rate of the one-time inspection of finished products increased by 1.8% compared with 2009. In 2010, through everyone's joint efforts, the company basically achieved its production and operation goals.
The "Striving to Create Stars" activity in 2010 has achieved remarkable results, but we should be more aware of the shortcomings. There are still gaps in individual projects according to the assessment requirements, mainly reflected in management, planning, production and other aspects.
