The 7th Members' Congress of Haibo Group Trade Union was grandly held

Under the attention of the company's leaders and superior trade unions, the Seventh Trade Union Members' Congress was held as scheduled at 1 pm on December 9, 2018 in the fourth floor lecture hall of the administrative building of Haibo Group as scheduled. The presidium of the conference is composed of six comrades, including He Dingfang, Chairman of Haibo Group and Party Branch Secretary, Wang Zhenfei, former Chairman of the Trade Union, He Shaojie, President of Haibo Group, Ji Yanli, Chairman of the 6th Haibo Trade Union, Liu Qunliang, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, and six comrades Gu Feijun, employee representative, to preside over the convening of this congress.

As a result, Ningbo was cooling down. Except for five representatives who asked for leave due to physical reasons or other reasons, the remaining 98 trade union representatives and 12 attending representatives still attended the conference on time in the severe cold and drizzle. The Congress strictly follows the agenda of trade union elections and elects a new trade union chairman, vice chairman and trade union members through secret ballots and differential elections.

At the beginning of the meeting, Comrade Liu Qunliang, deputy secretary of the company's Youth League Committee, presented sincere congratulations to the convening of the conference on behalf of the company's Youth League Committee; then, Comrade Ji Yanli, chairman of the trade union, delivered a work report on the 6th committee, and reported in detail to all representatives about the work of the trade union from 2015 to 2017, allowing all representatives to fully understand the achievements made by the trade union in the past three years, and also allowing everyone to see the efforts and sweat of the 6th trade union members. Secondly, Comrade Lin Debiao, director of the Trade Union Funding Committee, delivered a financial work report of the 6th Trade Union Economic Committee, clearly listing the various financial revenue and expenditure of the trade union over the past three years, making the trade union financial situation transparent, so that everyone can better supervise, and at the same time showing the rigorous and conscientious financial work of the 6th Trade Union members. At this point, the meeting entered the election of the new trade union members. Under the voting of representatives of each trade union, the election measures for the Seventh Workers' Congress of Haibo Group were passed, and then the list of candidates for members was elected through group meetings, and the host read out the list of candidates for members of the 7th Trade Union and resume.

All representatives conscientiously based on the election requirements and combined with their understanding of the candidates, they cast their solemn and sacred votes. After the voting is over, staff members recommended by the presidium of the conference and voted by each representative will immediately join in the counting and monitoring of votes.

After the voting statistics were completed, the host announced the list of personnel from the newly elected 7th Trade Union Committee of Haiber Group on the spot. The meeting elected 9 members of the 7th Trade Union Committee of Haibo Group.

They are Liu Yiping, Zhu Hui, Liu Qunliang, Chen Binwang, Zheng Dan, Ji Yanli, Lin Debiao, Zhao Xiuling, and He Chunlin. Among them, Comrade Ji Yanli was elected as the chairman of the trade union, and Comrades Liu Yiping, Liu Qunliang and Zheng Dan were elected as the vice chairman of the trade union; three members of the funding review committee were Wang Mingfen, Qiu Yu and Lin Debiao, among them, Comrade Lin Debiao was elected as the director of the Economic and Audit Committee; three members of the female staff committee were Zhao Xiuling, Hu Qiwei and He Chunlin, among them, Comrade Zhao Xiuling was the director of the Female Working Committee.

At the meeting, at the proposal of all representatives of the Haibo Group Trade Union, the first meeting of the Seventh Trade Union Committee was discussed and approved, and Comrade Wang Zhenfei was appointed as the honorary chairman of the Seventh Trade Union Committee of the Haibo Group Trade Union. Afterwards, Mr. He Shaojie, President of Haibo Group, signed the wage collective agreement with the trade union. Mr. He Shaojie, President of Haibo Group, and Mr. He Dingfang, Secretary of the Party Branch of Haibo Group, made speeches one after another. President He Shaojie affirmed the achievements of the 6th Working Committee and expressed his support for the work of the new Working Committee; while Chairman He Dingfang expressed his high hopes for the 7th Committee in simple language, hoping that the trade union can achieve new achievements under the leadership of the new committee.
