The Enterprise Talent Work Contact Group of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security visited Haibo

On March 10th, Zhu Xufeng, director of the Personnel Training and Education Center of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, accompanied by relevant staff from the Municipal and District Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus, visited Haibo to gain a deeper understanding of the basic situation of talent work in enterprises at present.
For the cultivation of talents, He Dingfang, Chairman of Haibo, introduced the policies of reserve cadre training that the company is currently preparing to establish. Through recommendations and selections from various departments, and closely combining with the actual situation of Haibo enterprise, comprehensive and useful talents are cultivated for the sustainable development of the company, systematically responding to the concept of "innovation driven is the key to talent driven". This has been affirmed by Director Zhu Xufeng and his team, and they will continue to pay attention to Haibo's constructive activities in the future.
During this period, Director He also introduced the establishment of the company's graduate (including master's, doctoral, and postdoctoral) workstations, which are planned to be completed within 2 years, with the aim of truly strengthening and growing Haibo.
Finally, Director Zhu Xufeng interpreted the 2015 provincial talent recruitment plan, the establishment of postdoctoral workstations, and policies related to the cultivation of high skilled talents, and hoped that these policies would be helpful to all enterprises in the region.
