On September 14, leaders of the city, district and street women's federation came to our company to conduct research and guidance on women's work. The company's trade union chairman Wang Zhenfei, vice chairman He Chunlin, and Youth League Committee secretary Ji Yanli accompanied him. In the conference room, they listened to the company's work report on the "Women's Home" that has been carried out in recent years, and expressed their affirmation of some substantive work carried out by the company's "Women's Home", such as condolences to the mother and the annual women's physical examination. Various trainings for female employees include the "Female Emotions and Cultivation" series of health education activities, and the lecture on "How to Enter the Children's Inner World". In the report, I heard that there are currently two female employees in our company who are members of the board of directors, and middle-level female employees account for 20%. The first workshop of assembly was rated as the title of "district workers' pioneer" last year, and the fourth workshop of assembly was rated as the "Excellent Team of Zhejiang Ankang Cup", and 90% of these two workshops are female employees. Chairman Yang of the Municipal Women's Federation said: "Our female employees have played a great role in the development of the company." Not only does our female employees play a role in half at work, but our female employees are also showing their style in various cultural and entertainment activities. Chairman Yang said that Haibo's enterprise has a good foundation and the employees are relatively stable, which is helpful to the development of the enterprise and the technical support of personnel. It has carried out mass work and established women's congresses. The women's congresses have been carried out to the current level, which is inseparable from the support of the company's leaders. The organizational structure of Haibo's women's congresses is relatively sound. There is a women's group below, which directly extends to the grassroots of the workshop to help the company's women's difficulties in life and work, and the relevant systems are sound. She also talked about Haibo's pursuit of culture reflected in cultural entertainment activities, technical training, training of some cadres through mass activities, mass organizations, trade union group leaders, youth league secretary, etc., laying the foundation for the construction of the enterprise's reserve team. The Women's Congress has done a lot of work to the health care of female employees, children's education, family care, etc., which can be promoted as a demonstration for other enterprises. In the next step, in addition to the sound organizational system of the Haibo Women's Congress, the work plan for the year should be more abundant. From the enterprise to the grassroots level to meet the needs of female employees, some training content can be appropriately added, such as female workers' health knowledge, prevention and self-monitoring methods, so as to achieve early detection, early treatment, and early elimination. Women know less about gynecological diseases and should popularize health knowledge to the grassroots level, including moral norms and civilized etiquette, establish a legal rights protection platform for female employees, and make breakthroughs in a planned manner every year according to key points, so that they can truly realize that the company's "Women's Home" is their caring family.
After listening to the report, Chairman Yang and his party visited the "Women's Home" classroom, karaoke room, reading room, and other activity venues on the second floor of the company's comprehensive building. I expressed my approval for the company's leaders' high attention to the vocational reproductive activities. When ending this investigation, Chairman Yang said cordially that in the past, there were very few work directly to the grassroots level to guide the city’s Women’s Federation, which can be said to be none. In the future, Haibo will be the focus of her guidance work, and will come at least twice a year. This shows that our women's work has received the attention and support of our leaders.
