The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Enterprise Technology Innovation Team Working Group Visited Haibo

Haibo's small module digital face gear R&D and innovation team has been recognized as Ningbo's enterprise technology innovation team for two years. The municipal and district human resources and social security departments attach great importance to the creation of enterprise technology innovation teams. On May 12 , Director Chen Ye of the Talent Development Department of Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Deputy Director Wu Hongbo, Director Hu Qi of the Career Development Center of the Talent Service Center, Deputy Director Yang Hongwei of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other leaders visited Haibo's site to supervise and inspect the work.

Small module digital surface gear products are mainly used in the transmission systems of fishing gear products. The gear has high precision, good meshing degree, stable and reliable transmission, and the grade of fishing gear products is high. Haiber's innovation team started from scratch, applied modern advanced technologies and equipment to design and process face gears, and truly mastered the precision processing technology and technology of small module digital face gears, improving the quality and performance of fishing gear products, while breaking the monopoly of developed countries such as Japan, Europe and the United States on the technology and products of this project. At this stage, the team is conducting in-depth research to improve product production efficiency while ensuring product quality.

Finally, Director Chen explained the purpose and significance of the Municipal Bureau to create an enterprise technological innovation team, affirmed the contribution made by the Haibo team to the enterprise and society, and encouraged everyone to continue their efforts and create greater value.
