The preparation and construction work meeting of the National Sports Goods Standardization Technical Committee Fishing Trip Sub-Technical Committee was successfully held at the Tiangang Hotel in Beilun District, Ningbo City. The meeting was organized by Ningbo Beilun Haibo
Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the responsible unit of the Technical Committee of the Fishing Tackle Branch, and hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. The main members invited to participate were from well-known leading enterprises in the national fishing tackle industry, including fishing rods, fishing reels, baits, fishing tackle accessories, nets, floats, fishing lines and other fields. Ningbo Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and Beilun Branch also sent experts to attend the meeting.
The meeting was first chaired by Shen Yiqing, assistant director of the Standards Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau. She pointed out that with the high development of China's economy and the comprehensive integration of the global market economy, China's fishing gear industry has formed a very large market economy system and increasingly shows its important position in the construction of the national economy. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to prepare for the establishment of the China Fishing Tackle Sub-Technical Committee. This activity has received high attention from the National Standardization Management Committee and the Governor of Zhejiang Province and the strong support of the three-level Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Zhejiang Province and Ningbo City. It also proposed a plan to prepare and build a secretariat and representatives of expert representatives from the member units to participate in the work of the Fishing Tackle Sub-Technical Committee, jointly improve the standardization level of my country's fishing tackle industry, realize the sustainable development of my country's fishing tackle industry, and make fishing tackle enterprises invincible in international competition.
At the meeting, Ningbo Haibo Company, the secretariat's undertaking unit, reported to the leaders and members attending the meeting on the preparation and construction of the fishing tackle sub-market committee. The bosses and members of Hubei Laogui Bait Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sanxin Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd., Hubei Longwangheng Bait Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Lianyungang Fushida Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Jiuyang Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd., Ningbo Ruibao Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd. and other units expressed their opinions and suggestions, and unanimously believed that the establishment of the China Fishing Tackle Sub-Technical Committee is a major and happy event that the fishing tackle industry has long been looking forward to. All member units and member units were very surprised and amazed at the speed of the state's approval and preparation for the construction of the fishing tackle sub-technical committee.
Ningbo Haibo Company, as the secretariat undertaking unit of the committee, has done a lot of preliminary preparations. Mr. He Dingfang, chairman of Haibo Company, said that Haibo's undertaking such a huge system is a completely public welfare undertaking. Not only does it not make profits, it also requires more than 1 million yuan per year to organize or participate in international and domestic standardization activities and international counterpart work, tests and tests required to formulate national standards, and daily operation expenses of the Secretariat of the Fishing Trench Sub-Technical Committee.
The promise of Ningbo Haibo was unanimously praised by all attendees. The representatives unanimously believed that Haibo was very suitable to be the undertaking unit of the Secretariat. All members actively participated and supported the work done well and successful.
At the meeting, the chief and deputy chairman and deputy secretary-general were elected. Unanimously, Miao Aoshuang of the National Fishing Gear Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was appointed as the chairman, Zhang Xiaojing of the National Sports Goods Standardization Technical Committee and Chen Liang of Weihai Guangwei Fishing Gear Group were appointed as the vice chairman, Mr. He Ding Fang of Haibo Company was appointed as the secretary-general, and Yi Zhe of Laogui Company, Ding Longxin of Sanxin Company, and Zhong Jie of Fushida Company served as the deputy secretary-general. We also discussed the documents such as the charter of the fishing gear sub-technical committee, the secretariat's work rules, the work plan in recent years, the standard system framework formulated by the secretariat undertaking unit, and put forward revision opinions.
Secretary-General Mr. He Dingfang said that he should do his best to organize the secretariat, provide human, material and financial support for the secretariat, incorporate the secretariat's work into the work plan of Haiber Company, and Haiber guarantees not to interfere with the secretariat's work.
