In summary, in 2018, various changes were overwhelmed, such as the Sino-US trade war, increasing tax and fee risks, etc., and a black swan came to the face. Faced with the turbulent and undulating economic situation, the new leadership team of Haibo Group led the majority of employees to unite with sincerity, taking " inheritance, innovation, and transcendence " as the core concept, innovative development, stable operation, consolidate the foundation of survival and strengthen the source of development. Under the severe economic situation, under the influence of the changeable internal and external environment, it achieved historic operating results. The whole group achieved sales of nearly 350 million yuan, an increase of 18% over the same period last year. The industrial products sold 1.04 million fishing reels, 97,000 thrusters, and 200,000 sights throughout the year. However, due to the slow development of the industry, the price increase of raw materials, the sharp increase in labor costs, and the overall backward production organization, our profitability has dropped significantly, which has brought unprecedented pressure to the operation. Some industries, some management and some employees are immersed in their comfort zone and are unwilling to change. This is not feasible. We must pull them out of the warm bed.
