Tour to the United States

In May 2017 , the Haibo Business Group carried out its first annual trip. The group of five people led by Mr. Zhu lasted 10 days. The trip spanned the mainland of the United States and visited five important customers of the marine electric thruster and fishing gear business.

On May 16 , after more than 20 hours of transit flight, we arrived in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, where Attwood's headquarters is located. At the meeting on the second day, we exchanged the overall sales and market conditions of the thruster industry, new product development, and annual points of suppliers. With the in-depth cooperation with Attwood 's business and the increase in mutual trust between the two parties, in recent years, not only has the conventional thruster business been stably maintained, but also has gradually launched the business of brushless thrusters and on-board accessories. At the meeting, we recommended the new product of the Haiber R series high-power electric propulsion system to the Attwood team , and the guests expressed their strong interest in the new product. After the afternoon meeting, the guests took us to visit the Grand Rapids Old Town and enjoyed the typical North American city scenery.

On May 18 , we rushed to our second stop Tulsa. First we visited our new customer Navico , an electronic technology company that is a global leader in marine navigation and sonar. It owns internationally renowned brands such as Lowrance , B&G , and Simrad . At the meeting, we discussed business cooperation plans and new product development and other aspects. Although it was our first visit to Navico and the schedule was short, we were impressed by the warm reception and also opened a great start to our business.

It is only half an hour's drive from Navico to Zebco . After a night of rest, we went to zebco . The guests attached great importance to our visit. Both sides spent a whole day discussing the market and sales situation, new product development situation, quality feedback and other related content. Since Zebco 's management structure adjustment, this year will be the year of Pan Nie's rebirth, and he hopes to regain the dominance of the market with new projects such as S18 . Therefore, they have done a lot of basic work in product planning, marketing promotion, etc., and have obtained a large number of new product pre-sale orders at the just-concluded sales meeting. As Haiber, who works in the rear, we should make full preparations and do our best in the development of new products and the production of orders, and strive to make a beautiful comeback in the 2018 sales season.

On May 21, we drove to Chuntian City. We visited BPS the next morning, and they had just completed the merger of Cabela 's and are currently in the process of corresponding docking. At the meeting, we learned about the market situation of the entire fishing gear and thruster industry, especially through the internal sales system of BPS, we learned about the product sales of some Haiber OEM brands. We brought samples of new projects such as RH and RTR, which were fully recognized by customers and basically determined the procurement plan. At the same time, the thruster upgrade plan was basically determined at the meeting. These new projects are required to be shipped in early November according to the BPS launch plan, so the development and production preparation time left for us is very limited. After the meeting, guests took us to visit the Bass Pro store to learn about the store product information and customer purchase preferences.

On May 23 , we arrived in Colombia, the last stop of this trip to the United States. PF is the world's largest fishing gear company. It just changed hands in October last year and was acquired by Newill . It appointed a new CEO , which also made major adjustments to its internal organizational structure. In recent years, PF 's sea fishing product sales have grown rapidly, which is entirely due to the good quality of the product and the strong sales platform of PF . In the first quarter, the sales of shaking wheels increased by 17% year-on-year. In order to better meet market demand, we also discussed with PF 's procurement chain such as balancing order placing, shortening order cycles and effective utilization forecasts to reduce the phenomenon of cancellation of customer orders due to inability to supply in time.

Customers are the inexhaustible driving force and source of the company's development. Through customer visits and market visits, we can not only better grasp market trends and information, but also maintain good customer relationships with customers.
