A new starting point, a new challenge. On the afternoon of September 1 , all teachers and students of Beilun Middle School gathered in the school gymnasium to hold the opening ceremony of the 2016 academic year and the 17th Haibo Scholarship Award Ceremony. Representatives from the Party, Workers and League of Haibo Company attended the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, Lin Shihua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of Beilun Middle School, first gave a special speech on the topic of "Be a Lunzhong person who is responsible and dares to take responsibility." He believes that a person has a sense of responsibility means taking the initiative to care and help others and be responsible to others; he will devote himself to his work and enthusiastically contribute to his career; he will also be strict with himself in work and study, be responsible for his own behavior, and make himself constantly improve and mature. The humanistic cultivation advocated by the school, the self-management, active learning, and self-realization of students, contains a kindness that actively considers others and a self-consciousness that does not require reminders from others. This kind of kindness and self-consciousness actually comes from our responsible attitude towards life. Only with responsibility can we give birth to our kindness, and only with responsibility can we have lofty ambitions and pursuits in life, and can we achieve a career. At the same time, Principal Lin also gave everyone a few words: "Doing simple things well is not simple, and doing ordinary things well is not ordinary."

The atmosphere of the opening ceremony climaxed when the Haiber scholarship was distributed. Ms. Ji Yanli, chairman of the Haibo Company Trade Union, awarded certificates and bonuses to the scholarship recipients, and enthusiastically encouraged Lun Middle School students to study hard, study hard, be positive, challenge higher and better grades, and repay society with sincere and grateful hearts. Haibo Company has been very concerned about the growth of Beilun Middle School students for many years and supports the development of Beilun Middle School. The "Haibo Scholarship" established has inspired a group of Lun Middle School students to "be brave enough to strive for the first place and achieve success." After the college entrance examination, they entered famous universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University to further their studies, and strive to become useful talents in the country.

The meeting also commended advanced classes and students at all levels and types of academic year 2015 . Student representatives, new teachers and freshmen who won the Haibo Scholarship Golden Autumn Award and Chunhua Award also spoke at the conference. They said that they will work together and work hard in their future study and work to create glory together.
