Haibo presided over the drafting of the "Made in Zhejiang" group standard "Spinned Fishing Reel for Sea Fishing"

On October 9, 2016 , the Zhejiang Manufacturing Group Standard Seminar on "Spinned Fishing Reels for Sea Fishing" was held at Ningbo Beilun Haibo Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is the third Zhejiang manufacturing standard in Beilun District to be approved.

The seminar invited 15 industry experts and scholars including Fang Haocheng, deputy director of the Beilun District Market Supervision Administration, Tian Baoquan, Fishing Tackle Professional Committee of the China Cultural and Educational Sports Products Association, He Yuling, Director of the National Cultural and Sports Products Standardization Center, Wang Ruican, engineer of Ningbo Zhejiang Manufacturing Brand Promotion Office, Wu Yukun, deputy general manager of Weihai Guangwei Group Co., Ltd., Wei Jiamai, engineer of the American Purefishing , Cao Zhongwei, senior engineer of Ningbo Yongfa Group Co., Ltd., Tang Meng, assistant director of Zhejiang University, Wang Kai, professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Lu Chuang, research institute of Ningbo Branch of the Chinese Academy of Ordnance Sciences. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Shanshan, director of Ningbo Standardization Research Institute. 13 professional and technical personnel, including He Dingfang, Chairman of Ningbo Beilun Haibo Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the preparation unit introduced the background of standard compilation, the main framework structure of standard and the main compilation process. The participants discussed the content of the standard one by one, and conducted in-depth discussions and repeated considerations on the standard format, text, and technical indicators, so as to encourage the formulation of enterprises to improve the standards. According to the requirements of Zhejiang manufacturing brand building, experts judged the advanced nature of the content of the standard draft, the integrity of the overall structure, and clarified the general modification requirements. Subsequently, a heated discussion was held in terms of product manufacturing process, performance indicators, inspection and testing equipment guarantees, and quality commitments, striving to closely follow the advanced and outstanding requirements of the "Made in Zhejiang" standard, and truly raise the benchmark from the very beginning to achieve the goal of leading the industry and connecting with the international community.

On October 27, 2016 , the Zhejiang Zhejiang Manufacturing Brand Building Promotion Association organized a review meeting on the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" group standard "Spinned Fishing Reel for Sea Fishing" in Beilun, Ningbo. An expert group composed of industry associations, universities, research institutes, testing institutions and standardization management departments listened carefully to the report of the standard formulation team on the standards and preparation instructions, and reviewed the advanced nature, scientificity and rationality of the standards one by one. After questioning and discussion, the opinions were formed as follows:

1. This standard is prepared in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1 : Structure and Writing of Standards". The technical content does not conflict with the current policies, regulations and relevant standards in China.

2. This standard is prepared in accordance with the relevant content of QB/T 1475-2014 "Spinned Fishing Reel", ISO 8124-3 : 2010 "Toy Safety Part 3 : Migration of Specific Elements" and the relevant content of "Prohibiting Lead Paints and Partial Products with Lead Paints" and the research results of new technology of spinned fishing reels for sea fishing. This standard test method cites the xenon arc radiation filtered by artificial climate aging and artificial radiation exposure of color paints and varnishes by artificial climate aging and artificial radiation exposure.

3 . Compared with the provisions of QB/T 1475 , this standard improves the main performance requirements of the product:

a) The gear endurance has been improved by 45% , the life of the wire throwing mechanism has been increased by 5 times, the corrosion resistance test has been increased by 72h, and the UV test project has been increased, which has improved the service life;

b) Both the static and dynamic fishing force have been increased by 25% to 50% , and the friction characteristic curve requirements have been increased, which has improved the performance;

c) The maximum no-load torque is reduced by 17% , improving transmission performance.

4. This standard adds the requirements for coating migratory elements in accordance with the relevant contents of ISO 8124-3 and 16CFR1303 , ensuring the safety performance of the product.

5. Based on QB/T 1475 , the preparation of this standard puts forward specific requirements for the product characteristics, structure, performance and test methods of spinning fishing reels for sea fishing, and is more adaptable. The preparation of this standard is conducive to promoting the overall improvement of the design, manufacturing, and testing of spinning fishing reel products for sea fishing.

6. The relevant performance indicators stipulated in this standard have reached the domestic first-class and international advanced level.

The expert group unanimously agreed to pass the review.
