On the afternoon of June 7, a symposium on the Party School of the State Council was held in our company. A group of eight people from the Party School of the State Council, led by the Party School of the State Council, conducted a special investigation on the construction of the teaching staff of the Beilun Secondary Vocational School, led by Fan Shaoli, researcher and deputy director of the Emergency Office of the State Council, and Hao Wei, researcher and deputy director of the Finance Office of the State Council, conducted a special investigation on the construction of the faculty team of Beilun Secondary Vocational School. Hua Jun, deputy director of the Education and Health Department of the General Office of the Provincial Government, Zhang Xinjian, head of the Administrative Reception Section of the General Office of the Provincial Government, Zhou Xiaoying, deputy director of the Normal Department of the Provincial Department of Education, Cheng Yejun, senior lecturer of the Vocational Skills Teaching and Research Department of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, Zhang Liming, deputy director of the Ningbo Municipal Education Bureau, and Zhou Yongming, deputy director of the Education and Health Department of the Ningbo Municipal Government Office, accompanied the investigation.

At the symposium, Fang Shiguo, the principal of Beilun Vocational College, introduced the school's overview and the overall situation of the faculty. Zhang Liming, deputy director of the Municipal Education Bureau, Zhou Yongming, deputy director of the Education and Health Department of the Municipal Government Office, and Lu Haichao, deputy director of the District Education Bureau, respectively put forward constructive opinions on the management system, management mechanism, funding guarantee mechanism, and personnel management mechanism construction of secondary vocational schools. He Dingfang, chairman of Haibo Company, company leaders Wang Zhenfei, Fang Yanggang, employees of Haibo Company, and representatives of Beilun Vocational High School graduates had in-depth exchanges and communications on how to strengthen the construction of the faculty team through in-depth school-enterprise cooperation and how the school can cultivate outstanding talents in the enterprise.
After listening to the report, the investigation team believed that the trip to Beilun was deeply inspired. Beilun’s approach was remarkable and reference-based. The suggestions put forward were very inspiring and worthy of study.
After the symposium, members of the research team of the Party School of the State Council and leaders of relevant provincial, municipal and district departments visited the Haibo Company's product display hall with great interest.
