In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of the majority of employees, improve their escape and self-rescue capabilities, and train the emergency response capabilities of emergency team members, a fire emergency escape exercise was organized at 9:10 am on June 9, 2010. This fire emergency escape exercise was conducted without any information being disclosed. Manager Liu of the Administrative and Finance Department attached great importance to this fire emergency evacuation exercise. In order to keep the fire emergency escape confidential, the department staff of the Administrative and Finance Department were included in the staff. Each department staff quietly took their positions, performed their duties, and did all the work seriously and responsibly.
At 8:30, Manager Liu of the Administrative and Finance Department held a secret meeting of managers of various departments and wanted to ensure that the fire emergency evacuation was completed smoothly. In view of this fire emergency escape exercise, combined with the company's overall deployment, we briefly describe some of the things that each emergency team member needs to do during this exercise, including emergency evacuation tasks and fire alarm reception, alarm, and the tasks of starting fire emergency procedures.
At 9:10, after the flames were lit on the east side of the new building, thick smoke immediately rose. After receiving the notice, Lou Chunhui, the head of the communication and liaison team, immediately notified the members of each emergency team to take their place. After receiving the communication, emergency personnel at each point sounded the alarm; departments and teams fled the scene quickly and orderly; the fire extinguishing team immediately rushed to the scene to extinguish the fire and rescue the trapped people; the evacuation guidance team guided evacuation and self-rescue to ensure the safe and rapid evacuation of personnel, and organized personnel to evacuate the fire site and nearby to ensure the safe and safe evacuation of the injured. The safety protection and rescue team rushed to the scene with a medicine box on their backs to deal with the injured. The members of each emergency team are proceeding in a tense and orderly manner.
At 9:15, the escapees basically arrived at the escape meeting point at the specified time. Each group of the escape meeting point counted the personnel and contacted the escapees who were not at the same meeting point. A total of 437 people participated in the escape in the factory, including 11 outsourcing and customer customers. Employees have a strong sense of escape, and both outsourced and company customers can actively cooperate.
