The past 2011 was an extraordinary year for Haiber, and it was an important year for us to consolidate the foundation and adjust our industrial institutions and product institutions. In the past year, with the efforts of all Haibo people, Haibo has supported all sectors of society and sister units, and the company's economic indicators have achieved relatively stable growth. A good start has been made in the development of new industries and new products, and the international market share of key products has increased significantly. In particular, the global market share of marine thrusters, crossbow sights, and series of password locks is more than 20%. The high-end fishing gear we manufacture has entered the high-end market in Japan. At present, our main product manufacturing has a leading domestic product level and has entered the international advanced market. This is the pride of Haibo people and everyone's pride.

The main project of the company's industrial organization adjustment in 2010, Haibo Commercial Machinery Co., Ltd., which specializes in the production of office equipment such as medium and high-end paper shredders, has been established. It is now in the stage of preparation and equipment installation, and is planned to enter trial production in the first half of this year. Haibolixin Electroplating Co., Ltd., which we participated in the investment and transformation, has completed registration at the beginning of the new year with the approval of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau. It is undergoing large-scale automation and environmental, energy conservation and emission reduction, and pollution removal transformation, which will give wings to Haibo's industrial development. At the same time, Haibo entered the hydraulic industry. Hydraulic components, as an important control component of equipment, are also one of the important industries in our country that is significantly behind foreign countries in technology. Haibo will invest in the transformation of a current enterprise and establish Haibo Tiangong Hydraulic Machine Co., Ltd. to complete the registration around the Spring Festival. We must strive to achieve the first-class level of domestic hydraulic components in the shortest time, and focus on the advanced foreign level, and strive to make national equipment fit into the heart of China! It can also play a positive and important role in the adjustment of the company's industrial organization.

As the emerging industries, smart home series and research center that Haibo is developing are undergoing commercial development in a intensive manner, the home system we have developed is based on the idea of popularization and popularization, with the purpose of home life, intelligence, comfort, safety, reliability, energy saving, convenience and economy. It combines optical, electromechanical, computer, electronics, sensing, ventilation, image and other technologies, and has more than a dozen related industries. Once successful, it will drive Haibo's industry to rise and develop rapidly.

2011 is a very important and critical year for Haibo. We have given 2011 more expectations and requirements.
