Spring is the peak season for fishing gear exhibitions, and major fishing gear manufacturers will take this opportunity to showcase the brand awareness of their new products or promotion companies of the year. On February 17, Mr. Zhu, Xu Binfeng, and us and five others rushed to Beijing thousands of miles to visit the Beijing Fishing Tackle Exhibition for three days (February 17-February 19). The exhibition address was selected in the newly completed National Exhibition Hall, which covers a large area and is magnificent. In contrast, the fishing gear exhibition hall looks a bit empty. The entire exhibition hall is divided into two areas: Area A and Area B, and the exhibited products are relatively similar. More than 100 exhibitors have displayed various products including fishing rods, fishing reels, fishing baits, motors, etc. During this visit, I mainly learned and learned about the overview of domestic fishing wheels and the techniques of some new fishing wheels.
The fishing ferry companies participating in this exhibition are also some of the relatively old domestic production companies, such as Ruibao, Hemingway, etc. There has been no obvious progress in the structure of the shaking wheel, and the products on display are only close to the level of Haibo’s medium shaking wheel OK series. However, there will occasionally be some new highlights in the appearance of the wheel. A spinning wheel from Hemingway's spinning wheel is flat, the lines are outlined very smoothly, and the shape is simple, which attracts customers' attention. It is understood that this is a model designed based on the concept of F1 racing. Judging from this year's new product exhibition and sales, as the fishing wheel structure is becoming increasingly mature, innovation in appearance and shape has become a new selling point. In addition, many smaller new enterprises have emerged at this exhibition. Some workshop companies that may be just a few people, and the products on display are also relatively low-end shaking wheels, which generally have poor feel and rough appearance, and do not have a competitive advantage in structure and grade. But it also shows that the domestic demand for fishing ships is becoming increasingly hot and the market potential is huge!
Some relatively new structures also appeared in this exhibition, some practical and some novel. Now share with you some points:
1. KBC forward and reverse dual-speed wheel: forward speed ratio 1:6, reverse speed ratio 1:3, no speed switching button is needed during the conversion process. It can easily achieve the purpose of shaking the high-speed line closing and the counter-shaking force closing.
2. Electric fishing ferry: As the name suggests, a fishing ferry driven by two No. 7 batteries. But it feels not very practical.
3. A blinking fishing wheel: There is a circle of decorative light-emitting diodes at the head of the wheel. When the wheel is pulled, the induction electricity generated will cause these diodes to flash. The faster the reel speed, the higher the flash frequency. Compared to the linear shell flash structure a few years ago, this structure is more practical when used to remind anglers at night.
4. Split body structure: equivalent to two left and right main covers fixed to the stainless steel main body bracket in the middle. The main body bracket is made of stainless steel mould cast, and the two main covers are die-cast from aluminum alloy. This structure uses stainless steel main support to enhance the strength of the main foot seat and waist. At the same time, the main body bracket can adopt surface processes such as polishing and electroplating, providing conditions for the diversity of color matching of the main body parts. However, this structure puts higher requirements on the accuracy of parts processing.
5. A new concept spinning wheel: a new concept spinning wheel, which has made great changes in the main body, wire shell, wire wheel and adjustment button. The main body shape is similar to a windmill, the curved seat of the line shell and the square seat are the same parts, no throwing lines, etc. Even the method of use has subverted the tradition of conventional spinning. However, this product is still in the trial production stage and is not suitable for promotion.
6. The most traditional mechanical clock: a mechanical clock that determines the time by counting steel balls. First, the clockwork drives the gear to rotate, the gear rotates for 60 turns, the pawls move, and a steel ball rolls along the inclined slide chute to the storage tank on the next floor. This is the division. When the balls in the representative storage tank are 60, due to gravity and leverage principle, the storage tank is inclined, 60 steel balls flow out, and the last one flows into the next storage tank, which is the time. The seemingly simple structure is actually quite complex and is a very suitable work of art for collection.
Although Haibo did not participate in the fishing gear exhibition. However, through this exhibition, we can also see the positioning of Haibo products in China. Many shaking wheels similar to the Hayber mid-range wheel level are used as new products, while high-end wheels similar to NF and OF rarely appear in exhibitions. Even some of Haibo's products were imitated directly in the display area. After marveling at its counterfeit technology, we are also proud of Haiber's achievements. I hope Haibo can continue to lead the domestic industry!
