It should spend energy and costs like developing products, not be afraid of failure, master the domestic market sales skills, and improve the domestic market sales capabilities. The company should moderately change its industrial structure, give full play to its advantages, comply with the national industrial structure and government support policies, work hard on energy conservation, environmental protection, new energy, comfortable products and new technologies, and promote enterprise transformation and upgrading. In this regard, it should show the courage and hard-working spirit of the company when starting a business, and strive for the successful development of new projects every year. We must further clarify the existing product business ideas. As long as it is conducive to the healthy development of the company, the company must open the business door and increase the company's business volume. He Dong emphasized that as a novel ship power, electric thrusters must make good product development plans. The next 10 years are carried out in three steps: improve the technical level and improve the existing product series before 2012; develop the electric outboard series before 2015, and make full use of the national preferential policies for electric series products; the third step is to develop the electric pump propulsion system, and all marketing departments, engineering departments and research centers must jointly complete the product development plan. Through 10 years of efforts, Haiber has formed a production base for electric marine thrusters.
Smart home systems are very vital products, but because the products involve many categories and electronic products are updated quickly, subsequent development and sales are very important. Investment in thread disassembly and assembly valves has been intervened. With the development of domestic equipment manufacturing industry, digital switch valves will gradually replace balance valves, speed control valves, servo valves, etc., so research institutions should be introduced at appropriate times and digital switch valves should be developed by themselves. We must adjust the management model, maintain the advantages of existing products, and enable old products to exert their youthful vitality. We must improve the unprofitable situation of fishing gear, give full play to the real advantages of the enterprise, and maintain an advanced position. For so many years, Haibo has been dominated by fishing gear. We hope that Haibo fishing gear will play a new role in the new situation.
When talking about the company's industrial structure adjustment period and the company's current situation, Director He asked to do several tasks:
1) All enterprises should maintain and carry forward the Haibo spirit, corporate culture, change their concepts, unify their thinking, clarify the urgency of industrial structure adjustment, give full play to the role of each enterprise, focus on the overall development of the company, and intensive and dispersed forces to become the support for the overall adjustment of the company.
2) As the industrial structure adjustment deepens, all enterprises must cooperate closely.
3) Maintain fine traditions, give full play to subjective initiative, do their own work well, and actively assist relevant departments in carrying out various work.
4) Starting from the interests of the company, we must strictly follow the rules and do not harm public interests or self-interest. In cooperation with suppliers, in addition to price, we must also grasp the time, quality and strategic cooperation.
5) Focus on the overall situation, talent as the use, and morality as the main focus. Do not favor one and the other, do not cover up those who value the best, and avoid forming two teams with different views.
6) We must strictly follow the rules and learn to prevent, not be greedy with bad customs, not be greedy in economics, not be corrupt in life, be able to stand the test of doing things, not give others a handle, and better educate and demand subordinates and enhance the cohesion of the company. Officials in the Ming Dynasty said, "The officials do not fear my strictness, but my integrity; the people do not obey my ability, but my public; if the people do not dare to be arrogant, but the Ministry of Personnel dares to deceive. The public will be wise, and integrity will be powerful." I hope that all the cadres here can understand this truth.
7) All departments should assist, support each other, strengthen communication, take the overall situation into consideration, dare to speak out in a blunt manner, urge relevant departments to improve existing problems, and treat their own departments with a correct attitude.
8) All departments and leaders should put the market first and do everything possible to ensure that the needs of the market and customers are met. Market needs are the needs of the development and survival of enterprises. This year's customer complaints from Seiji and Seiko reflect this lack. In the future, no matter how great difficulties and pressures are encountered in market demand, we must find ways to overcome them.

The leadership of all companies should grasp the starting point of taking the interests of the company, work boldly, work bravely, and contribute to the overall development of the company.
