After prior contact, I successfully found Haibo Company. What caught my eye was the two words "Haibo" on the wall of the factory.
Going north along Minjiang Road, I saw the north gate of Haibo Company. "Haibo
Precision Machinery Co., Ltd." literally had obvious rust. It can be seen that Haibo is a company of a certain age. He was warmly received by Ms. Li (I later learned that she was a member of the company's board of directors). I quickly passed through the clean factory area, a bright and rich welcoming pine, and entered the busy office. Due to Ms. Li's enthusiasm, I also had the opportunity to meet Mr. He, the chairman of the company. His approachable image made me feel unfamiliar at all, and we had a brief and pleasant conversation. However, I also appreciated Mr. Zhu's seriousness, strict interviews, and orderly physical examinations. On this lucky day, I officially became a new employee of Haibo.
In the following days, I first learned about Haibo’s infrastructure. Haibo has a complete structure, a scientific research center, a product development department, a modern inspection center, a part IQC and a production workshop with fine division of labor, and appreciated the power of Haibo’s manufacturing hardware system.
At the same time, in the past few months, I also felt that Haibo also had some adjustments. For example, I found that Haibo's two existing automatic lathes have been sealed and in deactivated, which will cause waste in the equipment usage rate; there are also a certain number of bad toothed poles in the production workshop. Can you find some ways to reuse them, increase the usage rate, and reduce production costs?
From some common understanding, I know that Haibo is a leading enterprise in China's fishing ferry manufacturing industry and has a good reputation and market in export products. However, in terms of domestic products, compared with the productivity of Baoguo, Wolf King, Fishing King and other companies, there is still room for more efforts.
Of course, from the past few months of understanding, Haibo’s ability to develop to its current glory is inseparable from the wisdom of Haibo’s senior management and the hard work of Haibo’s people. I wish Haibo a better future, and I also wish myself to become a member of Haibo.
