Electronic touch switch CQC certification

According to market demand and actual product needs, in November 2014, the company conducted CQC certification for 10 electronic touch switches ( CQC is the China Quality Certification Center, which is the earliest, largest and most authoritative certification agency in China to carry out quality certification . Over the past few decades, it has accumulated rich international quality certification work experience, and has achieved outstanding results in all businesses. The number of certified customers ranks first among national certification agencies and the forefront of global certification agencies).

CQC certification lasts 5 months, including two major links: product testing and factory review. Product testing is to send the product to a professional third-party testing agency for testing. The inspection is based on two standards: GB16915.1-2003 " Switches for fixed electrical devices for household and similar purposes: General requirements" and GB16915.2-2012 "Switches for fixed electrical devices for household and similar purposes: Special requirements for electronic switches". Although there were some minor twists and turns during the inspection process - the purchased power module was rectified twice before passing the test, our product passed all the tests at one time. The second major stage was conducted at the end of April - factory review, which mainly includes three aspects: document review, on-site review, and product testing . The focus of document review is to see whether the management system and management documents can effectively control production quality and comply with relevant standards; the focus of on-site audit is to see whether the actual production and management process complies with the requirements stipulated by the management system and management documents; product testing is to conduct on-site functional testing and high-pressure testing of the product. During the factory review process, the teacher focused on reviewing the consistency of the product, including nameplate logo, internal structure, and key components. It successfully passed the CQC certification on May 1, 2015 , which not only affirmed our products, but also made our production process management more standardized.

I am very fortunate to be the quality person in charge of this CQC certification. In this process, I learned a lot: certification-related knowledge, control of details in the process, and management of file processes.
