Expert seminar on "Sports Goods After-sales Service" was held in Beijing

In order to further improve the national standard text content of the "Sports Goods After-sales Service" and organized an expert seminar on the fourth floor of the Longtan Kangcheng Hotel, the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Sports Goods organized a specialist seminar on the technical issues involved in the text on January 5, 2011 in the conference room of the fourth floor of the Longtan Kangcheng Hotel in Beijing.

The units participating in the expert seminar include: China Sports Products Federation, China Consumers Association, Shanghai Huili Shoe Co., Ltd., Beijing Pathfinder Outdoor Products Co., Ltd., Shuhua (China) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Haojia Industrial Co., Ltd., Ningbo Beilun Haibo Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanxi Aorite Health Technology Co., Ltd., Qingdao Yingpais Health Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jinling Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., Nanjing Wande Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd., Taishan Sports Industry Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hongshuangxi Co., Ltd., Anta (China) Co., Ltd., Fujian Quanzhou Peke Sports Products Co., Ltd. and other fifteen units.

The experts attending the meeting and the drafters of "Sports Goods After-Sales Service" jointly considered and revised the standard text word by word; the terminology part added the definition of "customer" and supplemented and modified the scope and definition of "sports goods", "service provider" and "work order"; the standard requirements part mainly added the requirements for "high-risk project services", and refined the "basic requirements" and "form of service"; further elaborated on the form of "after-sales service quality evaluation".
