The two national light industry standards review meetings, "Fishing Tackle Net" and "Fishing Tackle Fishing Line", were held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang from July 11 to 12, 2012. Li Ying, deputy director of the Quality Standards Department of the China Light Industry Joint Department, He Yu Ling, director of the National Cultural and Sports Products Standardization Center, Yao Dekang, Secretary-General of the China Cultural and Educational Sports Products Association, Shen Ying, deputy director of the West Lake Branch of the Hangzhou Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and a total of 30 representatives from production, users, research centers, testing and other units attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by He Yu Ling, director of the National Standardization Center for Cultural, Educational and Sports Goods. At the beginning of the meeting, Director He introduced the delegates, published the list of experts for review of this standard, and gave a detailed explanation of the standard review process; the standard drafting unit introduced the preparation instructions of each standard, the revision of the standard technical content, and the handling of feedback opinions. During the two-day meeting, the review team reviewed all materials for review. The experts studied and discussed the technical content of the standard draft, modified and improved some technical content of the standard, and put forward some reasonable revision opinions and suggestions. Finally, the review team unanimously agreed that the standard was submitted for review, the standard was prepared rigorously, and a lot of in-depth and meticulous research and test verification work was carried out, and the data was true and reliable; the technical indicators and test methods were scientific and reasonable, with strong operability, and the technical level was leading in China. The experts unanimously agreed to pass the approval of two light industry standards, including "Fishing Tackle Net" and "Fishing Tackle Fishing Line", and hope that the National Center for Standardization of Culture, Education and Sports Goods will organize relevant standards drafting units to modify and improve these two standards, and complete the review and approval of these standards as soon as possible.
The formulation and implementation of this standard will not only effectively guide enterprises to organize production, but will also provide a scientific basis for relevant national departments to monitor product quality and accurately evaluate product performance. It can play an active role in standardizing the market and improving the overall quality level of products, provide guiding documents for the Chinese fishing tackle industry, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
