In order to promote the Haibo spirit of "seeking excellence, innovation, unity and dedication", improve the team's cohesion, combat effectiveness, innovation, and enhance employees' sense of ownership, the company's "Strive for the Star" leading group organized all employees to study the book "New Leadership Spirit". In October, each department and team organized learning and exchanges. On the evening of November 8, the Leader Group of Xingxing organized the "New Leadership Spirit" speech competition. This activity also received active response from each subsidiary of Haibo, the support of leaders at all levels of Haibo, and the enthusiastic participation of each department and team. The participation was based on the assessment group of Xingxing, and a total of 21 teams participated in the competition.
The competition has five judges, including Zhu Feng, general manager of Haibo Precision Machinery, Wang Zhenfei, Fang Yanggang, Li Xiaodao, and Wu Haiyun, the China Fishing Tackle Technology Standardization (Beilun Haibo) Research Center. After nearly two and a half hours of fierce competition, one first prize was finally awarded, Hu Peng from the machining center group; three second prizes were Zou Yan in the SPR group, Wang Hanhua from the Precision Machinery Department Office, and He Yan from the BCSR2 Group; five third prizes were Zhao Kenan from the Engineering Department, Kang Zhenfei from the General Affairs and Logistics Department, He Minni from the Marketing Department, Zhang Xiaqiong from the BCSR1 Group, and Lin Xixi from the Administrative and Finance Department. The successful holding of this event has been unanimously praised by the company's leaders and employees.
