School-enterprise cooperation achieves three wins

On the morning of November 3, an evaluation team composed of the Beilun District Federation of Trade Unions, Education Bureau, Labor Bureau and Beilun Vocational High School jointly conducted an inspection and evaluation of our company's "Beilun District Outstanding Off-campus Secondary Vocational Education Internship Base". Gu Zhibai, secretary of the company's party branch, Wang Zhenfei, chairman of the trade union, and Wu Shihao, chief of the administrative section, received the evaluation team.
Since Haibo Company has always attached great importance to the responsibility of social responsibility, it has not forgotten to repay the society while developing the company. It has established the "Haibo Scholarship" in Beilun Middle School for more than ten years, and has issued a total of more than 2 million yuan in scholarships and sponsorships. Since 2005, the "Haibo Mechanical Class" was established at Beilun Vocational High School, and 100,000 yuan was invested annually for students and tuition and miscellaneous fees in this class to reduce the financial burden of students. It also promised to work in Haibo Company to exempt students from employment concerns. The setting of the class courses was discussed and determined by teachers and Haibo senior management, which was more practical and was more easily accepted by the society after graduation. For example, during the communication with Haibo, the teacher also increased his understanding of social employment needs and improved the pertinence of education. Over the past six years, the company has invested more than 600,000 yuan in total, benefiting nearly 100 students. At the same time, it has received interns in Haibo Seiji, Seiko, Tool and other related companies, and has received 80 trainees and work in practice. It solved the problem of "difficulty in recruiting and shortage of labor" and provided excellent talents for the development of the enterprise. After entering the enterprise, these students can adapt to job needs and integrate into corporate culture. This form of school-enterprise cooperation enables schools and enterprises to achieve a win-win situation.
