Haibo won the Ningbo Communist Youth League’s “Double Strike and Double Promotion” Demonstration Enterprise

In 2011 , with the strong support and recommendation of the Xinqi Street Youth League Working Committee and the Beilun District Committee of the Communist Youth League, our Haibo Company actively responded to the spirit of the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League’s “Only Carrying out the First Batch of Demonstration Enterprise Creation Activities of the Communist Youth League in Ningbo City”.

The guiding ideology of this activity is to thoroughly implement the scientific outlook on development, and take the "Strive to be a pioneer in transformation and upgrading to promote development, and strive to create a demonstration enterprise for the League of China" activity (referred to as "double struggle and double promotion") of the League of China organizations in non-publicly owned enterprises as an opportunity to insist on party building leading the League of China, give full play to the role of the new force and vanguard of the League of China organizations in non-publicly owned enterprises, unite and lead the majority of youth members to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, promote the harmonious development of enterprises, and strive to cultivate a group of advanced models of "double struggle and double promotion" among non-publicly owned enterprises, and strive to build the League of China organizations in non-publicly owned enterprises into a strong collective with outstanding role, consolidated youth foundation, sound organizational system, effective operation mode, and attractive, cohesive and combat effectiveness. The target of creation is a non-public enterprise with a Youth League organization established across the city. The specific goal is to strive to cultivate about 100 Ningbo Municipal Youth League’s “double struggle and double promotion” demonstration enterprises through about three years of hard work, focusing on cultivating about 100 Ningbo Municipal Youth League’s “double struggle and double promotion” demonstration enterprises. Among them, about 30 of the first batch of “double struggle and double promotion” demonstration enterprises will be selected in 2011. According to the requirements of the document, we can apply for 2 in Beilun District , among which our Haibo Company is one recommended and recognized by the Street Youth League Working Committee and the Beilun District Committee of the Communist Youth League.

According to the requirements of the creation standards, we regard "four good" namely "scientific development", "good enterprise harmony", "good youth growth" and "good vitality of the League organization" as the main standards and efforts directions for the Communist Youth League's "double struggle and double promotion" demonstration enterprise creation activities. At the same time, based on the actual work of our company, we summarized the creation work in three aspects, and the summary information was reported to the Ningbo Youth League Municipal Committee on April 15, 2011. After more than three months of review, our Haibo Company was fortunate to be named as the first batch of "double struggle and double promotion" demonstration enterprises in Ningbo. The successful creation of this activity has pointed out the direction for the future work of our Youth League Committee.
