On the afternoon of August 25, Beilun District CPPCC Chairman Liu Xinhua, Vice Chairman Wang Zhiming, Hu Guoguang, Zhu Yongzu, Zheng Li, and the district CPPCC Office and special committee directors came to our company to investigate and guide the work of the trade union. Chairman Wang carried out effective work and various meaningful activities with corporate characteristics in terms of carrying out star-making activities to enhance the cohesion of teams and departments; carrying out training activities to improve the quality of employees; performing rights protection functions and improving employee treatment; innovating corporate culture and creating harmonious enterprises; establishing Haibo Club to enrich employees' spare time; carrying out volunteer activities and contributing to society, and other aspects of trade unions carry out effective work and various meaningful activities with corporate characteristics, enhancing the "soft power" for the healthy and harmonious development of the company. After listening to the report, the leaders of the district CPPCC fully affirmed the development direction and goals of Haibo Company, and the remarkable achievements made by Haibo Company Trade Union; Haibo Company Trade Union has done a very good job and is a demonstration enterprise for the work of the trade union in our district. The work of the trade union has achieved joint management by the Party, labor and the League, and education, culture, health and the body have advanced together. The company's trade union work is combined with the central work of the new era, and is attached to the development of the enterprise, which is an innovative measure for the enterprise trade union. It was also proposed that Haibo Company and the company's trade union should increase publicity efforts and further increase the popularity of society. Finally, Liu Xinhua, Chairman of the District CPPCC, made a summary. Chairman Liu fully affirmed the three practices of Haibo Company. First, the key to running a good enterprise depends on people and implementing the people-oriented concept. Haibo Company is to run a business people-oriented. Third, the Party, Workers and the League will carry out work around the center of enterprise development to promote the healthy development of enterprises.
