As of July 21, 2011, after three months of intense and orderly coordinated operations, the brand new marine thruster production workshop was completed and officially put into production in Haiber. The new marine thruster production workshop is located on the second floor of Haibo New Production Building, with an area of 2,900 square meters and a designed production capacity of 250,000 units per year.
Haibo has established and produced marine propeller projects for more than ten years. Adhering to precision manufacturing technology and excellent quality management, Haibo's products have always been well received by customers at home and abroad. In 2010, Haiber produced 120,000 marine propellers, and its output value accounted for 30% of Haiber's total output value. The marine thruster project has become one of the industrial projects of Haiber's intensive production. This time, the company invested an additional 2 million yuan in the new production workshop to introduce advanced automated production equipment, network communication systems, testing equipment and other infrastructure. The company's purpose is very clear, which is to strengthen and expand the marine thruster industry. Here, new equipment has taken a new level in both production automation and quality management.
The layout of the new workshop is completed by the company's departments in all stages such as planning, design, construction, installation, and debugging. More than ten years of manufacturing experience have made the workshop layout more scientific and reasonable, which is more conducive to production site management, the smooth progress and effective control of each production process, and the strict control of each quality control point.
