Internal audit of the environmental and occupational health and safety management system in 2018

From November 13 to 15, Haibo Group conducted an internal audit of the 2018 environmental and occupational health and safety management system. This is a large-scale internal audit conducted by the company after the adjustment of the group organization. The internal audit involves the company's senior management, the group's centers and branches related to the environment and occupational health and safety, and is a comprehensive inspection of related work. This internal audit is implemented according to the group company system management work plan, with the purpose of checking the compliance of the group company's environmental and occupational health and safety management work with relevant standards, management procedures and regulations, and preparing for subsequent management review and December annual supervision and review of the management system. Senior leaders of the group, major leaders of each center and branch attended the first/last meeting and listened to reports on the internal audit situation of each internal audit group. At the last meeting, the Group President made an important speech on the requirements for environmental and occupational health and safety management.

After the company grouping, each center and branch established a new organizational structure. At present, each center and branch has clear organizational structure, the functions and staffing of environmental and occupational health and safety management work are fully equipped, the responsibilities of each position are basically clear, the relevant functions play their due role, and all aspects of work are basically stable; in the first half of this year, the three systems of quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system were integrated, and the environmental and occupational health and safety policies and goals were clarified, the management system documents were integrated, and relevant documented information was effectively controlled; each center and branch identified environmental factors and hazard sources in subordinate areas, controlled important environmental factors and major hazard sources, and implemented relevant laws, regulations and management procedures. Effectively control environmental and occupational health and safety risks; the company arranges training for personnel engaged in environmental and occupational health and safety related, implements emergency drills such as fire evacuation to improve the awareness of occupational health and safety management of all employees; there are obvious warning signs and signs in each occupational health and safety control area, and personnel with labor protection requirements wear labor protection supplies according to regulations, equipment with safety risks operates have formulated safety operating procedures, operate according to regulations, special positions are licensed to work, and special equipment is certified according to regulations; every year, outsourcing inspections are conducted for areas with environmental and safety risks, health monitoring of jobs with occupational health impacts, health examinations for canteen personnel, and qualified inspections are arranged for fire protection facilities, all of which meet the requirements. The company has no environmental and occupational health and safety incidents, and has not received any complaints or complaints about the environment and occupational health from the surrounding communities.

The company's management system has been operating for many years, and internal audit work has become a part of Haibo Culture, playing an active role in promoting the company's management work, and has been agreed upon by all employees of the company. Every employee who enters Haibo should agree with this culture. Internal audit is to find evidence that our process work complies with relevant regulations, and it is not to pick on a certain position or personnel, otherwise it is a very backward understanding. Our work must withstand inspection, which is the prerequisite for our work to comply with the norms. As for the problems found in the internal audit, it will allow our work to be better improved and continuously improved.

Environmental and occupational health and safety management is a full-staff management task, involving everyone's own, the surrounding working environment, the community in which the company is located, as well as the entire society or the global interests. Everyone must have an environmental protection and safety awareness to jointly build a healthy and beautiful home. This month, the internal audit training for the three systems was just completed. More than 60 people from various centers and branches participated in the study. In the future, we hope that more people will participate in the review and inspection of environmental and occupational health and safety management, check their own homework activities, check safety risks around the work position, check relevant process specifications of the department, check all adverse factors, control, eliminate and reduce the impact of environmental and safety risks on our work, life and health, and improve environmental and occupational health and safety management performance.
