As a mass organization of Haibo employees, Haibo Company Trade Unions protects the legitimate rights and interests of employees on the one hand, and plays a role in coordinating labor relations on the other hand. Only when the labor relations are harmonious can the normal production of the enterprise be guaranteed, the operation of the enterprise be stable, and the enterprise can develop. During this year, the company's trade union focused on all aspects of enterprise development, constantly innovated and improved, and played its own special role in all aspects such as its own team building, economic efficiency development, and corporate culture construction.
1. Convene a member representative meeting to complete the election of the new term.
On June 26, 2011, the Fifth Members' Congress of Haibo Company Trade Union was successfully held in the lecture hall. 90 formal representatives from all members and 7 specially invited representatives gathered together to discuss the major events of the Haibo Trade Union's cause and trade union development. 1. Actively mobilize all employees to participate in the company's lean production activities, improve production efficiency, and reduce various waste.
In 2011, lean production activities were restarted in the company, and various trade union groups also actively participated. During the busy production season, the union actively mobilized logistics personnel (such as canteens and administrations) to participate in production to help the assembly line to package, which to a certain extent alleviated production tension. Finally, although national regulations have clearly stipulated that insurance cannot be included in this kind of situation, this matter has received good reviews from these employees.
Actively doing practical and good things for employees is the belief that Haibo Trade Union has always adhered to. Through these work, the internal atmosphere of Haibo Company is healthy and optimistic, with harmonious employees and high stability of employees. More than 40% of the comrades with more than 10 years of working experience account for more than 40%, which is beyond the reach of other private enterprises.
3. Cultivate the comprehensive quality of employees and provide management talents to enterprises.
The union actively creates training opportunities for employees. Over the past year, the trade union has organized relevant training for many comrades including Jiao Hongbo, He Chunlin, Zhou Rengao, and all of which have achieved certain results. At the same time, through the implementation of various activities, the planning, organization, speech and management capabilities of relevant employees have been cultivated, so that the comprehensive quality has been improved. Most of the rationalization suggestions put forward by employees were adopted, and the employees' innovative achievements were actively applied to the superior government through the trade union. At the same time, Haibo Company was also recommended as "Ningbo Employee Center".
4. Maintain close cooperation with superior trade unions
For a long time, the Haibo Company trade union has maintained close ties with the superior trade union, and often reports to the superior leaders on work, creative thinking and next plans, and has received concern, guidance and help from the superior departments.
