Through efforts, it was rated as a civilized unit in Ningbo City in 2007. After being rated as a civilized unit, the company actively strives to become a provincial civilized unit, formulates the planning and implementation opinions for the creation of a provincial civilized unit, determines the content of "creation", and implements specific measures. Through mobilization, positioning, and education, the majority of party members, cadres and employees can clarify the purpose, significance and standards of creating a civilized unit, and implements the standards for creating a civilized unit in teams and departments, carry out various meaningful activities, and focus on improving the quality of employees.
