Timely convey relevant documents and indicators of superior party organizations, and carry out activities such as "pioneer project", "cohesion project", "party member responsibility area", "poverty alleviation and relief", and "creating first and striving for excellence". Carrying out the activity of creating a civilized unit is a main content of the company's party organization. The company was rated as a district civilized unit in 2005. Through efforts, it was rated as a civilized unit in Ningbo City in 2007. After being rated as a civilized unit, the company actively strives to become a provincial civilized unit, formulates the planning and implementation opinions for the creation of a provincial civilized unit, determines the content of "creation", and implements specific measures. Through mobilization, positioning, and education, the majority of party members, cadres and employees can clarify the purpose, significance and standards of creating a civilized unit, and implements the standards for creating a civilized unit in teams and departments, carry out various meaningful activities, and focus on improving the quality of employees. Promoting corporate spirit and building corporate culture, and reporting on the advanced teams and outstanding employees' advanced deeds, setting an example for employees to learn from, and forming a good working and production environment that is united, harmonious and progressive. It is really commendable to continue to adhere to this activity, and the content of the activity is corrected at any time, especially the activities of teams and departments. The company's "Striving to Create Stars" activity group organized the "Little Comics, Tell the Heart" activity, slogan creative activities, civilized travel volunteer activities, charity supermarket charity activities, voluntary blood donation activities, learning the new spirit of ownership, etc. The development of these activities has achieved good results. 6. Give full play to the role of trade unions and Communist Youth League organizations, and establish a relatively complete mechanism for co-construction of the Party, work and league. Leading mass organizations such as trade unions and the Communist Youth League is an important task of the Party’s high-level organizations. Based on the actual situation of non-public enterprises, a mechanism for co-construction of the Party, work and the League will be established, and the Party, work and the League will be given full play to the Party, work and the League organizations in strengthening enterprise management and creating civilized units.
