The Haibo Youth League Committee was established in March 2004. Currently, there are 7 members of the Youth League Committee, including 1 secretary, 2 deputy secretary, and 1 organization committee member, propaganda committee member, cultural and sports committee member, and science and technology committee member. The Youth League Committee has 6 branches: Seiko Branch, Department Branch, Seiko Workshop One Branch, Seiko Workshop Two Branch, Assembly One, Two, and Three, Surface Treatment Workshop Branch, and Assembly Four Branch, with more than 130 members. Since its establishment, the Youth League Committee has focused on central work such as enterprise development and industrial upgrading, and actively organized youth members of the League to go deep into the front line to start businesses and strive for excellence, and played an important role in corporate culture construction and employee team stability.

1. Adhere to democracy and strengthen organization. On March 28, 2011, the fourth Youth League Committee of Haibo Company held a new election. The new Youth League Committee made an overall plan for the League work in 2011. Based on the actual situation of the company's League building work, it cooperated with the company to implement lean production management, further leverage the advantages of the League organization, carry out corporate culture construction in depth, and fully demonstrate the role of the Communist Youth League organization assault team.

2. Innovate carriers and gather teams. The Youth League Committee holds a regular work meeting every month to jointly implement the League work; hold the monthly blackboard newspaper on time; arrange the League members to be on duty at the reading room during lunch breaks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; each branch actively contributes to the company's "Haibo Zhixun" editorial department every month; improve the relevant systems of the Youth League Committee such as the regular meeting system and the reading room management system; establish a QQ group of the Communist Youth League Haibo Company to provide a platform for communication for the majority of young members of the League; promptly recommend outstanding League members to the party organization.

2. 2011 domestic activities

On March 28, 2011, Haibo Company's Youth League Committee was elected to change its term; on May 4, 2011, the company's Youth League Committee launched a essay contest for "May 1st" and "May 4th" with the theme: "Set up your responsibilities and perform your responsibilities".
