Our assembly workshop is a young group with a total of 29 team members, with an average age of 35 years old. Since the establishment of the workshop, the slogan of "unity, dedication, efficiency and pragmatism" has become the standard for every employee's production and work. Under the leadership of the team leader, the employees are serious, lively, serious and rigorous, and interpret the profound connotation of "Worker Pioneer" with excellent work, first-class management, first-class performance and efficient team. In 2011, we overcame difficulties with few members, united, busy but not messed up, worked overtime, and took the lead in completing the production goals of SPR wheels issued by the company with quality and quantity. In January this year, our workshop carried out an on-site innovative management activity around "6S". Our workshop has mobile "6S" inspectors. Before getting off work every day, the temporary inspector and the team leader will inspect every corner of the workshop to truly solve problems in a timely manner and control risks in a timely manner.
