Some people say that it is outdated and is not suitable for the needs of development in the new era. You are wrong. Although we are in the 21st century with the rapid development of the socialist market economy, people's ideas and value orientations are of varying quality; this requires the Lei Feng spirit to regulate it, and the existence, inheritance and development of the Lei Feng spirit. Especially when we need a new spirit of ownership, the more urgent it is to promote the Lei Feng-style spirit of ownership. The Lei Feng spirit is the spiritual food we need in the process of building a harmonious Haibo, and it is our inherent need to build a new culture of ownership in Haibo.
The program broadcasted by CCTV's "Tell the Truth" column on March 4 made me feel deeply moved. It tells the story of an American named Luqi picking up garbage in a city in Hubei. Based on his yearning for the ancient Chinese culture, he gave up his comfortable life in the United States. After retirement, he resolutely came to China alone, specializing in garbage picking, and settled a home in China, not to show off or support his family. In his words, "I do this not for myself, but for the environment we live in." A foreigner traveled thousands of miles to China to pick up garbage for one of our cities. His ideological level is so high that we have to respect. What is commendable is the fact that two female college students from Henan University of Finance and Economics picked up garbage to support out-of-school children in poor mountainous areas that were broadcast at the same time, which made people even more tears. They sent the 320 yuan they originally sold for garbage picking up to poor mountainous areas, bringing the two out-of-school children back to school. During this period, a college student unfortunately suffered from leukemia. After learning about it, children in the mountainous areas launched a "Love" donation campaign to raise money for their elder sister to see a doctor... Love continues to continue. This collectivist spirit of unity, friendship, difficulties and mutual assistance makes us amazed, and makes individualism supreme and shame those who take individualism first and do things in a rebellious way. Their practices are the concrete manifestation of Lei Feng's spirit and the development requirements of our era's advanced culture.
In fact, today when our Haiber Company advocates a new spirit of ownership, the Lei Feng spirit is catering to this need. To learn the spirit of Lei Feng, we don’t need you to pick up garbage, nor do we have to donate money to help you with poverty. It is enough to just learn from them and work hard to practice. In other words, as long as you have Lei Feng’s “screw spirit”, the idea of serving the people, strictly demand yourself in your work, be realistic, and complete your work seriously as your own business, base yourself on your post, help others, make progress together, and seek benefits for the company’s development, it is enough!
