1. The relationship between quality and technology. For example, although the excessive packaging that exists in the market now reduces the packaging cost of the product, it still guarantees the product quality and customers enjoy the benefits of low prices and good quality; this requires our quality personnel to communicate well with sales and customers, and ultimately win-win results. If technological innovation reduces product quality but cannot meet the needs of customers, the quality department will exercise a veto power for this kind of innovation. In daily quality management work, quality management personnel should always pay attention to product quality and analyze product quality trends. When bad trends in the product are found, they should promptly feedback to the technical department to jointly discover problems and solve problems. Use statistical data to analyze and verify our production process, and finally achieve process compliance and stable quality.
2. The relationship between quality and production. Quality is the life of an enterprise. This is what many enterprise managers often say, but the enterprise cannot survive without production. Quality and output are a contradictory community that restrict each other. There are often frictions in daily work and cannot coexist harmoniously. What are the following three main factors that affect the relationship between the two?
1. Deviation of quality awareness. Many production operations and production management personnel believe that product quality is the business of the quality department, and the work of the production department is to complete the production tasks.
2. Production operation staff and management personnel complain that the quality of parts and design defects caused the production workshop to fail to assemble good products, and are reluctant to bear the responsibility .
3. The professional level of quality management personnel is not high: misjudgment of product quality on site, resulting in unnecessary rework; when there are problems in production, they cannot respond in time and cannot provide correct guidance from operating employees, etc.;
How to coordinate the relationship between the two? 1. First of all, production operations and management personnel must improve their quality awareness: product quality is designed, produced, not inspected. Quality is first, followed by output. If we ignore product quality and only pursue output and cannot meet quality requirements, then the more we produce, the more losses we will cause to the company. The higher the cost of reworking. The purpose of production is to produce products that meet customer needs. Generally speaking, the engineering and technical department conducts development planning for product design and assembly processes; the production department conducts production planning and process management based on the process. The quality department monitors the process of product development and manufacturing process management, which is process control. The work of the three is always intertwined, and cooperation between departments is required, otherwise no department can independently solve the problems that occur in its own department. The three departments serve each other, restrict each other, and supervise each other. As long as we adjust our respective attitudes, deeply understand the sense of cooperation, strengthen communication between departments, analyze events, determine their respective tasks, and work together to produce products that satisfy customers for the company.
