The QCC publicity activities were successfully completed with the careful planning of the Ministry of Quality and the strong support of the Chairman of the Quality Control Circle Committee.
In mid-December, the Ministry of Quality Management Circle began to plan this publicity activity in accordance with the needs of the activity of the Quality Management Circle Committee. The members of the department used the "brain stimulation method" in QCC to actively exert their intelligence and put forward their own suggestions, and finally decided on the activity plan: mobilize all employees to understand QCC by answering questions with prizes, so as to actively form QCC, and ultimately achieve the purpose of the QCC activity, so that QCC can play a greater role in Haiber's overall quality management work and produce greater economic benefits.
At noon on December 17, the north wind in winter felt a chill. Members of the Quality Department stood at the north gate to distribute the "QCC prize-winning Q&A" to the company employees. In the next four days, the Quality Department distributed a total of 480 answer sheets and collected 364 valid answer sheets. On the evening of the 21st, five executives supervised and corrected the first and second multiple-choice questions in the answer sheet. In the end, 81 full-score employees participated in the lottery for the first, second and third prizes, and produced 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes and 20 third prizes. At the same time, Fang Yanggang, deputy general manager of the Technical Quality Center, and Lou Chunhui, Director-General of the Quality Management Circle Committee, jointly reviewed the additional questions in the answer sheet. Finally, 5 active participants were selected from the 54 participants who chose the best.
This event received a warm response from the majority of employees. Many of the suggestions received from the answer sheets were required to train and hope to increase publicity efforts, which pointed out the direction for the implementation of our QCC activity.
