Street Federation of Trade Unions visits Haibo employees at high temperature

The continuous high temperatures in many places across the country have caused the safety of outdoor operations to continue to heat up. On the morning of July 17, under the leadership of the union chairman Jiang Zhifeng and vice chairman Le Hanqun, the Street Federation of Trade Unions divided into two groups to visit the trade unions of some enterprises in the jurisdiction, and brought the care of the Street Federation of Trade Unions to the employees.
After the condolence group Haibo Company, the mineral water and beverages were delivered to the employees who were fighting on the front line, and asked about the production and operation of the company, and urged the chairman of the company's trade union to do a good job in preventing heat and cooling in the workshop, and suggested that the company adjust the production time appropriately to adapt to high temperature weather. Haibo Trade Union Chairman Wang Zhenfei, Vice Chairman Wu Shihao and others received Chairman Jiang and his party.
Chairman Jiang stressed that the enterprise trade unions should go deep into the factory workshop with emotion and care; strengthen the efforts to produce safety, discover problems in a timely manner, put forward rectification opinions, eliminate safety hazards, and effectively safeguard the lives and health rights of the workers; add more publicity and education to create a good atmosphere of caring for front-line high-temperature workers, and establish a sense of responsibility for safety production and labor protection.
At the same time, Haibo Company has also actively carried out a number of anti-heat and cooling measures, such as installing air conditioners in some workshops and installing electric fans to ensure that every position has cooling equipment; place large ice cubes during power supply, distribute popsicles during afternoon work breaks, and arrange some positions to adjust their working hours to avoid high temperatures. The implementation of these measures has enabled Haibo employees to maintain good physical condition and high production enthusiasm.
