Deputy District Mayor Xu Bin put forward several requirements for Haibo. It will bring great challenges to the company's R&D funds and R&D personnel. Highlighting small, deep and unique will bring better results to the enterprise; secondly, under the current macroeconomic situation, the domestic and foreign economies are complex, and the bank policies are still very tight, so you cannot have a lucky mentality. Enterprises must maintain reasonable cash flow. At present, survival is the most important and risk awareness must be strengthened. At the same time, the country will also introduce some preferential policies for small and medium-sized enterprises, and enterprises must make good use of them.
Huawei pointed out that Haibo Company is in a leading position in the sub-sector industry and is a pragmatic and excellent local enterprise that attaches importance to social responsibility and honest operation. There are many places worth learning from by enterprises across the district. The company's products are mainly exported to the international market and have great market sensitivity. In the current uncertain international market situation, the company should enhance its risk awareness, maintain normal operations with caution, and maintain reasonable cash flow. At this stage, we must accumulate strength and do a good job in product reserves, internal management, employee training, etc., and prepare for sprinting when the market improves. In R&D, we must find the right position and entry point, and scientifically adjust the balance between R&D and market investment.
