In the new year, we have many things to do and many tasks to complete. We will face new challenges and new opportunities. 2014 is a year of inheriting the past and starting the future, and it is also a year of integration of the old and the old, and ups and downs. At the same time, various industries under the group have also won many honors and achievements in this year. Our Yuebo Micro-bubble Face Washing Device was officially launched this year. The Haibo skill training class has also been launched vigorously, but at the same time, the market weakness brought about by the overall economic downturn, the slow promotion of the group's independent brands and other unfavorable problems also plagued us. The company's operating team and employees worked diligently and committed to innovating this year, achieving a breakthrough in the business philosophy dominated by customer satisfaction and market demand. At the end of 2014, the relevant policies of "all-staff marketing" were issued for trial and promotion.
The theme of today's party is "The inheritance of Haibo is the greatest". There are two core words: inheritance and lofty. During this year, He Dong proposed the lofty goal of "building a century-old Haibo" and also established the corporate business philosophy of "accumulating and healthy", which will definitely have a far-reaching impact on Haibo's future. For Haibo people, how to realize it steadily is a question that we need to think about urgently. First of all, Haibo needs "the inheritance of spirit and culture", and constantly enhance the self-cohesion of the company. The Haibo culture of self-cohesion, self-centeredness, and self-motivation is the inexhaustible driving force for our continuous improvement and breakthrough. Isn’t the meaning of inheritance to continue excellent things? The former Haibo people showed us the courage to start from scratch and the courage to seek. We must pass on such an excellent Haibo spirit, constantly refine and make breakthroughs, and achieve self-transformation and self-improvement. Again, we need to "inherit the master-apprentice culture", inherit Haibo's core technology and manufacturing technology, and pass on Haibo's foundation. This is the core source of Haibo's standing among enterprises. Finally, we need "human inheritance". Talent is the foundation of the long-term and sustainable development of a company. Youth is the hope of the future, and young talents are the main force in corporate development. Haibo's new talent training plan in 2015 is about to be released.
