On March 10, Zhu Xufeng, director of the Personnel Training and Education Center of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and his party accompanied by relevant staff from the Municipal and District Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus to visit Haibo to gain an in-depth understanding of the current basic situation of the company in talent work. Regarding the training of talents, He Dingfang, Chairman of Haibo, introduced the policies of the company's current reserve cadres training and other policies. During this period, Mr. He also introduced the preparation and construction of the company's graduate student (including master's, doctoral, and postdoctoral) workstation, which is planned to be completed within 2 years, aiming to make Haibo truly stronger and longer.
